Step 1 - you'll go through an assessment that will tell me everything about you.
Then I'll create a custom plan specific to you, your body type, activity level, schedule, and goals - giving you exactly what to eat, how many calories to stick to, and give you my favorite healthy recipes that taste so good you will wonder how they're even healthy.
Step 2 - will be your flexible nutrition blueprint. I'll help you hit the calories & protein goals you need, while eating whatever you want.
Some logging might be required, but it'll be so simple, a 3-year old could do it.
Step 3 - you'll start following the strength-training workouts I deliver through my app. You'll know exactly what exercises to do in your workouts, and how to do them with perfect form.
As you log your performance, you'll know what numbers to hit next week in order to keep making progress.
Step 4 - every week you check in with me, telling me your wins/obstacles/inspirations and what you need help with.
I'll then go over your foods, workouts, weight, and give you feedback on what to focus on for the next 7 days.
Aside from that, you'll be connecting with my other online clients through weekly Zoom calls and our private group in which we motivate and inspire each other to keep leveling up.
Also, I'm planning a Malibu trip with all Strong Life clients where we ride motorcycles along PCH and get in the ocean some time this summer, and then go eat at Burger Lounge
